Sustainability
LOCI recognise that although wood and wood-related products are comprised of a naturally renewable material, unsustainable and irresponsible harvesting of forests can have severe adverse effects on the environment, local communities, indigenous people of the forest as well as the global economy.
We are passionate about the ethical sourcing of our materials. Using legal, sustainable and responsibly harvested timber over other materials reduces our dependence on fossil fuels and their consequent carbon emissions.
Timber is a natural carbon storing material. It can be used to increase a products ‘life cycle assessment’, has minimal embodied energy (the finished product actually stores carbon) and the ability to change.
Timber is recyclable, biodegradable, insulating and hypoallergenic.
It is the only truly sustainable building material we have.

Yes, our stands are built to be sturdy. As long as your gear fits within the design dimensions, it’ll sit securely. If you have something particularly heavy, feel free to reach out for tailored advice.
We stress tested a Classic 2.0 to 30kg then ran out out heavy stuff to put on it but it was still going strong!
What are the dimensions and weight limits of the stands?
Each stand has slightly different specs depending on the model, but we provide detailed measurements on each product page. They’re designed to support most desktop-sized synths and gear with ease.
Can I stack multiple synths or devices?
Yes! That’s one of the best features of the Loci system. With our multi-tier options, you can stack gear efficiently while keeping everything accessible.
How does the modular design work?

We ship the UK and Europe.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to the UK and EU.
All items are sent 1st class and tracked.
When will I get my products?
If we have items in stock then we despatch the next working day.
If we need to produce items to complete your order we do so within a day or two then ship your order in one batch.
UK = Usually next day delivery
Europe = Generally 3 to 5 days (according to Royal Mail’s website) but can depend on your country.
What should I do if my stand arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if anything arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We’ll make it right with a replacement or solution that works for you.

Yes, we offer a one-year warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship. If you experience an issue, we’re here to help.
What is your returns policy
We want you to love your stand. If you’re not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it’s in original condition. Just contact us to arrange the return.

CARE
How do I clean or maintain the wood finish?
Just use a dry or slightly damp cloth—no harsh cleaners needed. The natural wood finish is designed to age gracefully, adding character over time.
Are your products water or moisture resistant?
While they’re not entirely waterproof, the bees-wax finish offers great protection against moisture. Just avoid prolonged exposure to damp environments to keep them looking their best.
